Studio Policy

Lesson Schedule: Students receive a fixed weekly lesson appointment for a total of 36 lessons per year. There are normally no lessons during the public school holidays in Hamburg.

Make-up Lessons: Up to two lessons per school semester can be rescheduled, provided you cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the original appointment via email.

Tuition Fees: The annual fee for 36 lessons is payable in 12 monthly installments. Each monthly installment covers the cost of three lessons.

Cancellation: The lesson contract can be cancelled with one month's notice, effective at the end of the month. In the event of cancellation, we will refund overpaid tuition or request payment of outstanding tuition fees.

Trial Lesson: We offer each student an introductory trial lesson at a reduced rate of €15.
